Not quite.

There is an old CGA-only version of it that was released as shareware.
I used to have a copy but don't anymore.  I have never seen it on an FTP
site, but it may well exist on one, or it may have been withdrawn from
shareware distribution.  All versions for displays other than CGA have
always been commercial products, to my knowledge.
