It can develop a database of names addrsses and phones for all your clients/ suppliers/whatever, and you just keep it humming alongside your work space as you go about your work, calling leads, etc. and with a minimum of keystrokes you can record actions taken, agreements made, etc. All the small lookup tables can be customized for your uses. If you have form letters to generate -- e.g. "I enjoyed our talk today, here is the brochure you requested" you can punch 'em out with a keystroke or two. I've seen it demo'ed, it is very impressive. If you are a salesman or someone else who simply has to deal with a large number of people throughout the day, with a limited number of standard actions and responses, it could be an invaluable productivity booster.
