We are using emacs 18-57 here at work. We compiled X11 stuff into it and get the following error message when the emacs x-window pops up: Fatal X-windows I/O error: Bad Address We are using V.4 on a NCR System 3000 (Intel 486 chip) and X11R3. Does anyone have any earthly idea as to the cause of this error? Thanks in advance Bobby
