I'm looking for some assistance.  All I want to do is convert some PC
Paint PIC files to PCX so that I can use them with the word processor that
I have.  I've tried several packages:  PICEM21 doesn't read the PIC files
correctly, OKF220 is too crippled to use, CVT2GIF won't create PCX, and so
on.  Also, I'd prefer not to use a screen grabber.

I read the FAQ, but I can't ftp and I don't know of any servers that I can
use.  So, if some kind soul could direct me to a program that will do the
conversion or where to get the PIC and PCX format specifications and how
to get to them, I'd appreciate it.
