A while ago, I bought Borlands Editor Toolbox for Turbo Pascal.  When I got
TP6, the readme file said to make a few changes to one or two of the source
files and to download a new copy of bined.obj from Compu$erve.  

As I don't have compuserve access, has anyone else gotten a copy of the
aformeantioned object file?  Or is it on an ftp site somewhere?
