I would like to know how one can turn off the automatic inclusion
of a .sig file.  There are occassionally messages that I wish to be
sent .sig-less.  Is there an easier way than ~r-ing my .sig file
into those messages that I want it to be appended to, and not
~r-ing into those that I don't?  (I hope the meaning of this last
sentence is clearer than it seems!)
