Many times I want to send mail to the software support person I am talking
to, and many times they don't think it is possible, or they haven't read
``gateway.doc'' on gatekeeper...

Just ask them the name of the machine they generally use around the office, 
and what their userid on it is. They'll say ``I'm elizabethp on machine
blurfl''. Send 'em mail at elizabethp@blurfl.enet.dec.com.

It generally works.
