Is there a way to make smail3 try a different transport when the
primary one fails?

My example is:

If I mail to junk@x.y.z, which is matched by the smtp router, and the
ethernet is down, can I make smail3 try to use uucp to deliver the
mail?  I have tried using the error-transport line in the transports
file, but it doesn't seem to work.
