hello again everyone! and thanks for everyone's responses for the 
reboot program. just for everyone's info, one was sent to me from
...!griffin... ( i can't remember the bloke's name!!) that with
a modification will work. if you are a ms-dos user then this is
it!!

this is guaranteed to work in ms-dos 3.0. good luck to anyone else...
