Could someone please re-post (or email) the instructions I saw a week or so ago
for how to completely remove the MW boot?  If I have Coherent installed I 
obviously need it, but if I temporarily remove it (to gain DOS disk space) I'd
prefer to go back to a "standard" DOS-only boot.
