Lines: 11 Nntp-Posting-Host: tw800.eng.cam.ac.uk I've just bought Minix, and a 386 machine without a harddrive. I'm looking for a harddrive >100MB with an IDE interface, and would really like it to run with Minix without too many of the horror stories I've been reading here recently regarding IDE + minix! If anyone uses Minix with either the Seagate ST1144A or Maxtor 7120A (both 130MB drives) I'd really appreciate hearing from them, or anyone else with alternative suggestions. Thanks in advance, Ian (idb@eng.cam.ac.uk)
