Somehow it would be able to keep track of when the user logged off, or turned off the machine. I know this is a problem, because when the machine is turned off it just stops dead. I suspect that this program would write a timestamp to the log file every so often to keep more-or-less up to date. We are not using this for accounting, so the logoff time doesn't need to be too accurate - we just need it to find out who was using the machine at a given time. Does this exist? Is there any PD or Shareware that can do this? Please respond via E-mail. Thanks.
