I am looking for something similar to the last message

It should allow a user at PC A to use the serial port on PC B, while the user
on PC B uses PC B.  ie, a TSR for PC B that reads from serial port 1 and writes
to serial port 2, and reads from port 2 and writes to port 1.

The reason for needing this is that I have some equipment on PC B's serial port
that I want to use from either PC A or PC B, but not both at the same time.
