I am making the project descriptions that will appear in the IEEE TCOS news
letter available via anonymous FTP and through electronic mail.  As more 
people submit project descriptions I will add them to the list.

The project descriptions are available in compressed PostScript.

For anonymous FTP:

% ftp midgard.ucsc.edu		(128.114.14.16)

in 100-300 words (use LaTeX and BibTeX please) and send it to:

	darrell@cis.ucsc.edu

You can make my life much simpler if you look at a few of the project
descriptions that are now available and try to emulate them.
