A0, A1, A2 are SCSI ID jumpers. Set these to the ID you need. WS is the Wait Spin jumper. This should probably be left off. EP is the Enable Parity checking jumper. Set it as appropriate. SS is the Self Seek option test. Not used during normal operation. RO is the reset option, leave this one off too... P1 is the spare jumper. Doesn't do anything... Sounds like you're sitting at the same ID as your host...
