I just got CAP dist. 6.00 (from rutgers.edu) and raised it to patch level 16.

Everything compiles/installs fine, except that all the programs demand
{etc}/etalk.config,
despite that I said "no" to both UAB and native ethertalk in Configure.

I want to use the IPTalk mode (and thus, I assume atalk.config and
forget about etalk..)
but the "default" is not defaulting :)

Any suggestions on how to stop etalk from installing and forcing atalk would
be most appreciated.
