Since we updated to 4.1.1 on our Sun server, letters sent from Lifeline
have been providing user@host as the return address, not user@host.domain,
e.g., koontz@alpha, not koontz@alpha.bldr.nist.gov.  Has anyone got a fix
for this glitch?  Presumably we have a table wrong somewhere!
