The March/April 1991 issue of "The Journal of Object-Oriented Programmang"
(4:1, page 87) announces LIBRA (LIBRary Access) which appears to be a format
which supports data exchange between CASE tools from different vendors.

Does anyone know how to get a copy of the specifcation?
