I have a Plus with 2.5MB of RAM, and and have 1300K of RAM free with System 7. I couldn't run PageMaker and Word at the same time, or even Word and Excel at the same time, but for *my* normal work, it's fine. I can use THINK C, Word, Excel, PageMaker, Resedit, ZTerm all fine, in some cases I can have 2 programs loaded at once.
