Actually, Apple is already in some financial trouble. There stock value is falling, their sales are, in fact, down (despite their new "low-cost" Macs). They are preparing to lay-off 1500 employess. When companies start laying off people it means that they are having a cash-flow problem or some similar financial problem. The bottom line: Apple is losing it. Also, I believe they are no now being sued.
