That is very impressive, although it is likely that they will feel the pinch from lower earnings, and 10% fewer employees. Commodore's R&D is up 5% this quarter and 8% the last three quarters. That keeps up slightly with inflation. However, Commodore spent 5.5% of what Apple did this quarter and 8.3% of what Apple spent the last two quarters over the last three quarters.
