Yes, IBeM/CrossDos users can download and use I*M programs without
the IBeM serial support. Just download a file to DI0: (CrossDos) using
your Amiga telcomm program. The start IBeM, extract the file with
the I*M extractor and you're set to go.

Hat's off to Consultron and Mark Tomlinson for a great set of programs.
