For anyone who was thinking about building the 14Mhz hack, I have all
the parts your require:

MC68000 16Mhz
74F74 
Toggle Switch

$35 US, you pay shipping.  I currently have it working, bread-boarded,
but the bread-board is not included (unless you want to buy that too...
I paid Radio Shack's inflated prices for that!)
