	This brings up something that I think should be discussed a bit...


	What the hell is 'full motion video'??????!!!!!!

	Does that mean a FULL SCCREEN

	Does it mean VIDEO RESOLUTION/COLORS?

	Does a Dpaint III anim count?

	Does any format/resolution/palette count as long as it is
	digitized from a video source?

	What the heck is it?  What is 'Partial motion video'?
