	Help!  Any of you other ProLine sysadmins out there run off of a 
Practical Peripherals PM9600SA modem or know what battery ram settings are 
needed?  I'm having a devil of a time figuring out what is keeping my modem 
from aswering the phone correctly.  I do have the correct modem cable.  I 
know that.  Also, it has no problem dialing out.  Any ideas?  Some of you may 
have seen my request for help in the pro.team discussion group, but I don't 
get that group yet (esp. since my board is down 'til I get the modem working 
correctly).  Please respond here or e-mail to my twb5024@rigel.tamu.edu
