Just another depressing instance of "It's not what you know, but who you know ;-) ++ Alternately, could some kind soul who has a working connection to the ++ uni-koeln site upload the stuff to atari.archive? Done. It's on atari.archive, in ~ftp/atari/gnustuff/g++139.lzh. along with inc++.lzh. I haven't managed to track the lib++ down yet though.
