There are several ways of doing it. One is to purchase DECnet software for the Sun. Sun sells a product like this, and I believe it's called Sunlink/DNI. If you already have an ULTRIX system and DECnet/ULTRIX, set up the DECnet/Internet Gateway portion of the DECnet/ULTRIX software. This allows an IP-only host to use the ULTRIX machine as a "translator" between DECnet and IP. Both telnet and ftp are supported. Call your local sales critter --- call the Digital person first, though. :-) Frank
