I'm curious, is it the U.K. Response Center that is grinding extremely slowly and inefficiently? That is the organization you should be contacting for problems like this, if you have a ResponseLine support contract. I realize the budget constraints at a University are often constricting, but it may be very worth investigating if you do not have such a contract.
