I have an old 386 running at 16MHZ and wondered if a new crystal might juice it up to 20 or even 25. I know that it might not work depending on the other chips on the motherboard, but is it at least theoretically possible and worth spending $20 on a crystal to try??? The system is a Zenith 386-16. ---------------------------------------------------------- Michael Benedik Department of Biochemical and Biophysical Sciences University of Houston INTERNET: Benedik@UH.EDU BITNET: Benedik@UHOU __________________________________________________________ I have nothing cute to say today.
