The Orchid Prodesigner II SVGA card uses the TSENG E4000 chipset.  Is it
just a vanilla implementation or does it add it's own functionality to
the chipset?

Is the Prodesigner II card compatible with the Puretek PT2014F, which is
also an E4000 chipset?
