It should be as simple as making your own plug.  What you would need would be 
the specs for the plug on the monitor so that you could match the pins.

I know my Sony 1304 only has 9 pins, and I paid the $20 when I bought it for
a VGA cable to go with it.  It did the conversion from 9-15 pins.
