I've heard that a Baby-AT motherboard can fit, but I'm not quite sure. And if it can fit, will the cards that fit into the slots be too high for the original case? If its impossible to replace, I'm trying to upgrade the system in any way possible. It has 256k and I've heard that their is a process where one can repopulate the 256k chips and replace them to get 640k, does anyone know of this process? Trying to get it done for Father's Day, Thanks, I put a 286-12 motherboard in my true blue ibm pc and it works 99%. The missing 1% is that the slot alignment is such that only 2 or 3 of the cards can have external ports on them and fit. I forget the number of slots the motherboard has but basically it is 5 external bays and 7 internal slots. 2 of them line up right. The rest work just fine as long as you don't want to have external connectors. On 256k motherboard to 640k... You can buy a memory board for it. I had a 256k motherboard and a 384??k half length memory card. I'll sell mine to you, but you probably can find one close and cheap to wherever you are. bruce -- Bruce O'Neel oneel@heasfs.gsfc.nasa.gov NASA/GSFC/STX/Code 664
