Keywords: I/O adc national instruments Message-ID: Date: 10 Jun 91 15:40:51 GMT Sender: usenet@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu (News) Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana Lines: 23 Hi, Any preferences on I/O boards for PC/XT/AT? I need at least four channels of 12 bit analog input (from an experiment) and probably 16 bits of digital i/o (control the experiment). Criteria: - it should be easy to program and cheap - single ended analog inputs are ok - only need to sample all four (or more) channels at 100 Hz - low power consumption (i.e. ok for portable pc) would be nice Please email replies to me directly - I'll post a summary. thanks! tim. -- TIM RAYMUND phone: 217/333-2931 WAVE PROPAGATION LAB, 60 ELB fax: 217/244-5624 DEPT OF ECE, UNIV OF IL email: t-raymund@uiuc.edu 1406 W GREEN, URBANA IL 61801-2991 or uiwpl::traymund
