"FernMail" which is a user-friendly mail reading interface to uupc (and gnuucp) was recently posted to comp.binaries.mac. Nice work! uAccess uses 3-window as well, AND does it in the background, AND it works across AppleTalk (in fact, any comms toolbox connection tool). I was more than happy to archive my copy of uupc.
