The only problem that I have is that when QuickKeys types the string "mput *.hqx", TelNet assumes that that "*" is from the keypad, not "shift-8". This types the string "mput ^[OS.hqx". This also occurs in MS Word but can be fixed by hitting the clear key first which makes the keypad "*" into a normal "*" (shift-8). This problem does not happen in; MacDraw II, MacWrite II, SuperPaint, Edit, TeachText. Question: I realize that the problem appears to be in QuickKeys court but.......can some command in the config.tel force a keypad "*" into a shift-8 "*"?
