Some things changed in System 7 which prevented PrintAid from de-modalizing
modal dialogs.

The new version 1.4, which I just mailed to some FTP sites (sumex-aim,
rascal, mac.archive), will work under System 7.  Also, it is easier to use,
as it does not require the use of ResEdit.
