I just bought the Comm Toolbox Sources, and Basic Connectivity Set.
I installed all of the tools into my (Sys 7) system folder.  I have
MacTCP (and it works with MacIP) but I can't get Surfer to DO anything
except allow me to change settings.

Before I start trying to do my own coding, I'd like to know that the 
correct code will work.
