Today, system 7.0 has decided to use colored scrollbars in the finder.
Previously, I had told system 7.0 to stop using the colored scrollbars
because they are too slow.

System 7.0 has a mind of its own and has decided to change back to
colored scrollbars.  I can see we're going to have a tug of war over
this.
