When I finally toddle over there to see if they've got it, they either do, or they can get it on one of their inter-library loan system(s). This usually takes less than 2 weeks, ends up saving me $'s (as 2 ex 3 books usually don't live up to their touted expertise), and turns out to be much more convenient.
