well my nntp server is choking with FAQ, it claims it is too big (over
64K)... So I will be breaking up the FAQ into sections.  I will try
to indicate in the subject line the sections and their order:
FAQ-TOC
FAQ-1/4
FAQ-2/4
..
However it will take me a little while to get it out... Maybe tonight or
tomorrow...
