Pencom is selling a Motif package in addition to co-Xist (our X11R4 server).   
The cost is $100.00.  Considering that you get mwm, uil, motif demos, include  
files, libraries and man pages, that is a steal (we have to pay OSF over $50 in  
license fees for every copy).  I don't know of any reason why it wouldn't work  
with Mouse-X as well as our own co-Xist.  If you really need Motif, I don't see  
a better legal deal for you (mwm is NOT public domain).
