        Sony SMO-501 650MB internal magneto optical drive.
	plus 1 optical disk media. 

	$1900 obo, includes shipping and 90 days parts and labor warranty.

	I have connected this drive to DOS, UNIX, NeXT and Amiga boxes.

	Interface: SCSI-1
	Average Seek Time: 95ms 
	Short seek +-64 tracks: 22ms
	Read Speed(K/sec): 680
	Formatted capacity: 650 MB per disk  325MB per side, need to flip 
		disk to access full 650MB.  Formats to 650MB @ 1K
		bytes/sector or 594MB @ 512 bytes/sector.

	Form factor:	5.25"
	Media cost: $150 .
	1.5 years old, factory refurbished.


        Drivers available:  A number of UNIX systems are now supporting
        SCSI drives  with removable media so a special driver is not
        needed.  But, I'd check with your vendor to be certain.
