Is there up-to-date documentation on the MusicKit anywhere?
Specifically, my copy of the class description for the Conductor
class (Conductor.rtf) has no mention of the useSeperateThread:
method.  The 2.0 MusicKit Release Notes mention it, along with
some example programs but the Class documentation does not.
