I'm looking for:

- Some Z-80 assembler and/or disassembler software.  Best would be a
cross-assembler written in a portable language like C, but I'm not picky;
I'll take anything.

- The TRS-80 Model 1 manual which explains how the hardware works.  I used
to have one of these, but I can't find it.  It's a black book with big
fold-out schematics in the back.  Have you seen it?

Can anybody tell me where I might find these?
