Each image block would be a 16th of the image and would be placed in the grid relative to where it appeared in the image; ie the top-left-hand corner block of the image in the top-left-hand corner transputer in the grid. I sure this sort of grid router has been written before. So as not to waste my time re-inventing the wheel I am appealing to the list to ask if anyone can give me a chunck of 3L Parallel C source code for grid routing or failing that any pointers to where I can get some code.
