I've looked around but have found only the adapted LaTeX files. Those were made before the official lplain.tex for tex3.0 by M+S was released. So, is there any newer version of ILaTeX or are the change files available anywhere? I didn't get any replies, but found it by accident: On ftp.cs.umb.edu [192.12.26.23]: pub/tex/ilatex.tar.Z contains a full distribution that is already adapted to TeX 3.? On the same site also is pub/tex/tie.tar.Z containing the tie program, but you don't need this for the pre-made ilatex distribution.
