I have setup A/UX so that it connect to three LW. Printing from A/UX seems to work fine. I've printed to all of the printers via "lpr -Pprinter" and all my jobs were printed as expected. Then I decided to have the Sparc use the A/UX machine as a remote printer. I went through and setup the hosts.lpd file so that access was allowed to the Sparc. I setup the Sparc's printcap file to use the A/UX machine as the remote machine (rm=auxserve). After I thought everything was setup properly, I tried to print from the Sparc and nothing came out. I checked the printer que on the Sparc with "lpq" and this is what I received... aux: /usr/lib/lpd: iw: Your host does not have line printer access sparc: waiting for queue to be enabled on aux Rank Owner Job Files Total Size 1st root 400 printcap 906 bytes I guess I must have missed something somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
