Hi there-

I have a copy of _The Kornshell Command and Programming Language_
by Bolsky and Korn.  In the back of the book in section 18, "A Complete
Application", there is a slightly modified version of the MH mail
handling system.

Well, I'm a pretty rotten typist.  Does anyone know where I can get
this code?
