I don't know of any available for online access, but I still have all
but the first ~400 messages in my news spool and could possibly retrive
the rest from backups.

I *do not* have time at the moment to muck about with sending tapes to
individuals, but if someone is willing to commit to setting up an online
archive I could probably make time to create a tape (sooner or later).

I have a pretty good chunk of comp.sys.dec, but not the whole thing.
