Is there anybody except me that has encountered problems when using mallinfo()
under SCO Xenix 2.3.3 & the latest release of SCO's dev sys?

The problem is that the mallinfo call just blocks.
I have noticed this behaviour if you call mallinfo before the first malloc,
but now it's implemented in a large program with _lots_ of malloc's and
it still just blocks... :-(

Any help or explantion of this behaviour would be highly appreciated...
